To UPLOAD a File:

Uploading a file is very simple.
Just navigate to the page you want to contribute to and click the upload button.

Ex.: If you have a drawing of a car in elevation navigate to:
VEHICLES>CARS>ELEVATION
and click on the Upload button at the top of the page.
Thats it.

Just be sure that you are uploading to the correct directories.
